Rentrm is a rental property management platform that helps property owners in India manage tenants, collect rent via UPI, and list properties publicly. By using Rentrm, you agree to these terms.

When you publish a property listing, you confirm that: (a) you are the owner or authorised agent of the property, (b) all listed details are accurate, and (c) you have the right to rent out the property.
Rentrm is a record-keeping tool only. All rent payments happen directly between tenants and owners via UPI apps. Rentrm does not hold, process, or guarantee any payments. Any payment disputes are between the tenant and the owner.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Use a strong password and do not share your login credentials. Notify us immediately at rentrm.dm@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
You retain ownership of photos and descriptions you upload. By uploading content, you grant Rentrm a licence to display it on the platform for the purpose of property listings.
Rentrm is provided "as is". We are not liable for any losses arising from: rental disputes between owners and tenants, payment failures in UPI apps, data loss due to circumstances beyond our control, or inaccurate information provided by users.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
We may update these terms. Continued use of Rentrm after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
